Wherever you go, there you are. I just love that one!
I was raised around a lot of art on my Mother's side and music on my Father's side. My love of those things continue on in my marriage and in my life.
I graduated from the Art Institute of Chicago with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree concentrating in Fashion Design, and proceeded to work in that industry for 15 years. Patternmaker, production manager, fashion shows, instructor and hand embellished custom wedding gowns.
After taking an oil painting class with Roberto Quintana, I was introduced to painting and that was it. Fortunate to work with Mark Wood at the Fine Artist Factory in Pasadena which introduced me into the world of art through the classes, shows, studio members and art clubs that came through.
So, here I am now ... and it is much better....
